 How do I repair my product?
Article You will need a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to shipping your product to Magellan for repair. Please contact our technical support group by emailing us at support.us@magellangps.com

In Warranty Repairs

All Magellan products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase for new GPS receivers.

Out of Warranty Repairs

We do not perform repairs or replacements for products which are outside the warranty period.
