 Why does the position arrow on my device show the wrong location?
Article In the event you position arrow does not show your current location make sure your GPS device has a clear view of the sky to access satellite signals. If your device has a clear view of the sky while remaining stationary for 5 minutes and the position arrow is still shows the wrong location reset your device. To reset your device depending on your model simply select reset option the slide switch or slide and hold the slide switch in the off position for over 5 seconds. Power your device back on and remain stationary with a clear view of the sky to acquire your location. This may take up to 5 minutes.
