 Why does the position arrow on my device show the wrong location?
Article If your Current Location arrow isn’t in the right position, get a clear view of the sky with your GPS device to access satellite signals.

If the arrow is still in the wrong position after your device has a clear view of the sky while remaining still for 5 minutes, reset your device by:

  1. Select reset option OR slide and hold the slide switch in OFF position for 5 seconds.

  2. Power your device back on.

  3. Remain still with a clear view of the sky to set your location. This may take up to 5 minutes.
