How do I get back my OneTouch menu after updating from a previous version to the latest 1.3.x……?
To bring back your OneTouch menu you have to turn off the application and restart it. To turn off the application take the following steps:
Tap and hold the RoadMate application icon located in the multi-task menu bar on the bottom of your screen until the icons start jittering and you can see a minus (-) symbol in the upper left hand corner of each icon.
Tap on the minus (-) symbol and the icon will go away.
Now press the Home button to set the phone to normal operation.
The RoadMate application is now turned off. Restart the RoadMate application now and your OneTouch menu will appear again.
