 How to Back Up and Restore Your Addresses?
Article This option backs up the internal address book and previous destinations. This feature will not back up your settings, you will have to reassign your OneTouch buttons if you have any. In order to perform a back n up your unit's data please follow the steps below:

  1. Make sure you have the latest version of Content Manager installed on your computer.
    • To download the latest version for your PC click here.
    • To download the latest version for your Mac click here.
  2. Connect your unit to your computer using a USB cable
  3. Allow Content Manager to run and recognize your unit
  4. Once your unit has been recognized by Content Manager, make sure your unit is updated with the latest software version. Click on the Check for Updates button located on the bottom right hand corner of the page to verify that your unit is up to date.
  5. Once your unit is updated to the latest version, click on the grey Address Book vertical bar (if you aren't already on that tab) that appears on the left of the screen
  6. Select the Sync icon at the bottom of the Address Book window to start the process. (see image below)

  7. Your address book is backed up and can be loaded from Content Manager by following the steps above again.
