 Why is the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) off?
Article ETA is affected by the GPS receiver's time. The GPS receiver’s time is automatically set by satellite signal. In the event the GPS receivers time is not correct you should update the receiver’s software. Software updates are available on Magellan’s support page http://www.magellangps.com/support/ . You may also set the time zone manually. To set the time zone manually press the menu button, select the settings icon, select system button, and select the time zone button. In the time settings uncheck use auto time zone. Next select the set time zone button then select the desired time zone. Finally check or uncheck daylight savings button if your area observes daylight savings. Select the left arrow to exit the time settings to return to the main menu.
