 Can I charge my GPS receiver using my computer?
Article If your GPS receiver has power pin port and a USB port the internal battery cannot be charged using your computer. You must use the supplied vehicle power adapter to charge the receiver's internal battery.

If your GPS receiver only contains a USB port it can be charged by your computer however we recommend using the supplied Vehicle Power Adapter.

Charging the internal battery using your computer may take up to 12 hours. Charging the internal battery using he supplied Pehicle power Adapter takes 4 - 6 hours. The receiver can be powered on or off while charging.
